The product
ark.stock is published by ark.swiss Sàrl. It connects equipment records, locations, movements, rental projects and maintenance in one reference.
The scope
Inventory is the required foundation. Other modules are enabled according to the workflows defined with each team. ark.stock does not produce quotes or invoices: a project request can be sent to ark.plan, which manages commercial documents.
The ark.suite ecosystem
ark.stock works with ark.plan for commercial management and with other suite products according to configured connections. Business exchanges take place directly between the relevant applications.
Hosting
ark.stock application infrastructure is hosted exclusively in Europe: production in the European Union, with a hot standby site and independent backups in Switzerland. Required external connections are clarified during scoping.
