Active customers have access to a support channel integrated inside the application. If it is unavailable, or if you do not yet have an account, please write to support@arkstock.ch and include your company name and, if possible, your subdomain (e.g. mycompany.arkstock.ch).

To exercise the rights granted by the Swiss nLPD (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection), or for any question regarding the processing of your personal data: privacy@ark.swiss. We prioritise these requests and respond within 30 days at the latest.

Hours and response times
We reply Monday to Friday, excluding cantonal holidays in Vaud. Target: first response within 24 to 48 business hours for sales and support, within 72 hours for legal and privacy requests. Messages received over the weekend are handled on Monday morning.
