Q.01 Does my data stay in Switzerland?

Yes. 100 %. Infomaniak Geneva hosting, single-tenant (each client has its own isolated instance), nLPD and GDPR compliant. No data passes through Google, AWS, or Azure.

Q.02 Can I activate only some modules?

Absolutely. The Inventory (base) module is required. The other 11 are activatable on demand from admin. A disabled module is fully gated.

Q.03 How does the free trial work?

7 free days on all plans, credit card required at signup. No payment taken during the 7 days. Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal.

Q.04 How does it compare to Excel, Booqable or Rentman?

vs Excel: security, traceability, mobile, end of version chaos. vs Booqable/Rentman: hierarchical containers, native Swiss QR-bill, Swiss hosting, 5–8× cheaper.

Q.05 What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

You get an email at 80 % and 100 %. At 100 %, you can still read/edit existing items but not create new ones until upgrade or cleanup.

Q.06 Do you have a mobile app?

A PWA — installable iOS and Android from the browser. Native QR/NFC scanner, offline mode, push notifications.

Q.07 How does the offline QR scanner work?

Scans stored locally (IndexedDB). On reconnect, a worker pushes them to the server. Conflicts resolved by last-write-wins + manual alert.

Q.08 Can I import my inventory from Excel?

Yes, directly from admin. CSV or Excel (.xlsx), interactive column mapping, duplicate detection, preview before commit. Rollback on error.
