Q.01 How does access-on-request work?

Fill in the 2-step quote form (2 minutes). We review your request and reply within 2 business days with a personalised access and a pricing proposal tailored to your team.

Q.02 Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, up or down, from your workspace. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is charged pro-rata for the time left. A downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle so you do not lose time you already paid for.

Q.03 Are the listed prices before or after tax?

Listed prices are before VAT. Swiss standard VAT (8.1 %) is added automatically on every invoice, as required by Swiss federal VAT law. EU-based businesses are invoiced under reverse-charge rules.

Q.04 If I cancel, what happens to my data?

After cancellation, your workspace stays accessible in read-only for 30 days so you have time to export your data (JSON, CSV and PDF for documents). After that, everything is permanently deleted from our servers. Only the invoices we sent you are kept for 10 years, as required by Swiss federal accounting law (art. 958f CO).
