Day, week, month — no calculator needed.

Three columns: daily, weekly, monthly rate. The engine auto-selects the best grid for the customer based on duration. Cascade: an item-level price overrides the category — exceptions per product line, no manual tweak.

Configurable deposit, tracked amortization.

Each item has a configurable deposit (fixed amount or % of rental price). On return, the gear is checked, the deposit released, kept or split depending on condition — same workflow for 200 CHF hardware and 40 000 CHF gear. Linear or declining amortization per item for book-value tracking.

A rate per client — without breaking the standard grid.

Enterprise unlocks customer-specific price lists: you keep the standard grid, attach to a customer (or group) a list that overrides select items / categories, with start and end dates. Perfect for long-term partners, schools, recurring productions.
