Each site (store, warehouse, division) keeps its own operational instance — data localized, independent, no network contention. The hub consolidates everything in real time: global view, per-site drill-down, multi-site reporting without manual export collection. The 1 → N architecture is built for franchises, cantonal groups, multi-city companies.

REF · SYNC CONFIGURABLE INTERVAL
Real-time or daily sync — you pick.
Sync interval is configurable from 5 minutes to 24 hours. A fast-moving warehouse runs near-real-time; a storage-only site can settle for hourly or daily, saving bandwidth. Conflict resolution (last-write-wins + manual notification on collision) covers the edge case of two sites editing the same item simultaneously.

REF · SYNC LOCAL INDEPENDENCE
The hub drops, sites keep scanning.
Each site is operationally complete: scanner, inventory, projects, invoices — everything works locally even if the hub or the central network is down. Sync resumes where it stopped, no loss. Essential for rural warehouses (flaky 4G) or international deployments with significant network latency.
