Each quote: an immutable, signed, datable snapshot.

When a quote is sent, an immutable snapshot is created — prices, conditions, lines frozen. Later edits create a new version (differential or full amendment). You can dig up version 2 of a quote sent 6 months ago without guessing what was on the table back then.

Sign a quote — no printer, no scanner.

Integrated e-signature, Swiss-law compliant (SCSE / eIDAS compatible). Client gets a unique email link, signs on their phone, the final PDF and signature trail (timestamp, IP, user-agent) are archived with the project. Same legal weight as paper in most cases.
